Mitani is the brand behind the brand for some of Australia’s leading food manufacturing companies and a key part of their supply chain.
We’re proud to be the ‘Secret Ingredient’ for these companies, providing custom-made food products developed and manufactured by our team.
Mitani manufacturing spans three core areas – Frozen Extruded Products, Mayonnaise and Dressings, and Dry Blend and Pack – with the ability to deliver these products as value add items or products for private label packaging.
Mitani supplies food products to a broad range of sectors within the food industry including:
Poultry, meat and seafood processors;
Quick service restaurants;
Vegetable and salad processors;
Bakeries, ready-to-eat meal producers.
The Mitani Quality Management System
The Mitani QMS meets or exceeds the requirements of regulatory and proprietary standards including:
- FSANZ Food Standards
- ISO 22000:2005 incorporating the principles of HACCP (rev 4-2003)
- Dairy Authority of South Australia Regulations
- Proprietary retail standards
The Mitani QMS prerequisite and support programs can cater for unique customer requirements around allergen free, identity preservation and other claims. Our strong QMS and continuous improvement systems ensure we’re protecting our client’s brands.
