Our Frozen Extrusion plant has been developed and refined over several decades to maximise production quality and efficiency. Our Extrusion process ensures that we maximise the use of flavours to create products such as:
- Stuffing cores for poultry, game and red meat;
- Plain and flavoured butter portions for melting into cooked meat and vegetable ready to cook packs;
- Flavoured cheese portions for melting on ready to cook meats and assorted bakery items.
