Dry Blend and Pack is where it all started for Mitani as a food manufacturer. Mitani currently operates two Dry Blend and Pack production facilities to blend and pack a variety of products. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to blend small and large volume dry products down packed into a range of commercial and consumer friendly formats. We can produce a range of dry options, such as;

• Bulk dry proprietary blends for food service and quick service restaurants such as seasoning for French fries, popcorn, cooked meats and vegetables;
• Bulk dry pre-blended ingredients for commercial manufactures such as sauce and gravy bases, batter and coating applications;
• Portion controlled dry seasoning blends for value added retail goods such as vegetable packs and meal kits.

Our dry packing options include sachets, pouches, cartons, canisters, and bulker bags.
