Our liquid processing plant provides flexible manufacturing capabilities to create products such as;

• Bulk functional mayonnaise and dressings for pre-cut salads;
• Portion controlled mayonnaise and dressing for salad kits;
• Portion controlled sauces and flavour bases for meal kits;
• Marinades for value adding meat and vegetable products

Mitani packing capabilities allows us to pack dressings and sauces in a variety of ways including sachets, PET bottles, bag in a box, pails and pallecons.
